State Transportation Commission

Governor Christine Gregoire appointed Charles Royer of Seattle to the Washington State Transportation Commission. Royer was mayor of Seattle from 1978 to 1989 and president of the National League of Cities. The commission provides a public forum for transportation policy development.

Freight Mobility Board

Governor Christine Gregoire appointed Fife council member Pat Hulcey to the Freight Mobility Strategic Investment Board. The term runs until June 30, 2016. The board is involved with programs that facilitate freight movement in local, national and international markets.
