Tacoma-based Columbia Bank hired Jason Sullivan as vice president facilities manager. Sullivan was global program manager for Microsoft and senior manager of construction, design and real estate at T-Mobile. He has 11 years of banking experience in construction and real estate for Washington Mutual.
Seattle law firm Stokes Lawrence hired Jenna Ichikawa in the estate planning practice group. Ichikawa worked for a nonprofit organization preserving oral histories of Japanese Americans incarcerated during World War II.
Governor Chris Gregoire appointed Carmen Gayton and Courtney Gregoire to the board of trustees for Seattle Community Colleges. Gayton is a real estate broker with Windermere Real Estate. Gregoire is an attorney with Microsoft. The Seattle Community College district is the second largest higher education institution in the state.

Seattle-based Stokes Lawrence hired intellectual property attorney David Linehan. Stokes Lawrence is a full-service law firm with offices in Seattle and Yakima.
The Washington Tourism Alliance hired Louise Stanton-Masten as executive director. Stanton-Masten worked as business development director for the Economic Alliance of Snohomish County and was president and CEO of the Everett Area Chamber of Commerce. The alliance promotes and develops the tourism industry.
Seattle-based Hark hired Jeremy Laws as senior vice president of business development and strategy. Laws was head of monetization of IMDb at Amazon and also was senior vice president of digital platforms and head of mobile for Universal Pictures. Hark is a platform for sound bites where users can share audio on any device through digital embedding or via social networks.

Seattle-based Columbia Hospitality hired Katie Knoll as corporate director of sales. Knoll was district sales manager at Egencia, Expedia's corporate travel division. Columbia Hospitality is a management and consulting firm.

Bellevue-based T-Mobile USA hired Michael Sievert as chief marketing officer. Acting chief marketing officer Andrew Sherrard returns to his position as senior vice president of marketing. Sievert has 20 years of marketing experience working for companies such as Clearwire, AT&T Wireless, Microsoft and IBM. He was CEO of Discovery Bay Games.
San Francisco-based Wells Fargo hired Cynthia Hwang as senior business banking relationship manager on the Eastside. Hwang worked as a business banking area manager for J.P. Morgan Chase in Bellevue.
