The Washington State Bar Association appointed Kyle Branum to its executive committee in the real property, probate and trust section. Branum is chair of Riddell Williams' real estate group.
Alaska state revenue commissioner Bryan Butcher has resigned to become CEO of the Alaska Housing Finance Corp. Butcher worked for the corporation prior to his appointment as revenue commissioner in 2011. Deputy commissioner Angela Rodell will serve as acting commissioner.
HomeStreet Bank promoted Rose Marie David to executive vice president and single-family lending director. David came to HomeStreet in 2012 from MetLife Home Loans, where she was Pacific Northwest regional sales leader. She was promoted to senior vice president and retail mortgage production leader of HomeStreet Bank.

Walla-Walla-based Banner Bank hired Alan J. Keefe as vice president and relationship manager in Woodinville. Banner Bank has 86 locations in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
Seattle-based Gottschalk Hardesty has changed its brand name to NextLevel to reflect its focus on building value for clients. The change also coincides with opening a new NextLevel office in Portland, under managing partner Terry Tigner. Gottschalk Hardesty offers strategic, operational and financial management services.
Bothell-based HUB Northwest, an insurance brokerage, has acquired the assets of Unity Group, a full-service insurance brokerage based in Bellingham. Barry Hanson, president of Unity Group, will be joining HUB Northwest as an executive vice president.

Spokane-based Magner Sanborn hired Karmen Blake as senior solutions architect and Nicole Vander Meulen as content strategist. Blake was previously with Apple and has 15 years of industry experience. Vander Meulen was marketing communications specialist at CashLINQ Group. Magner Sanborn is a brand design, marketing and content company.
Walla-Walla-based Banner Bank hired William (Bill) Glenn as vice president and commercial real estate relationship manager on the commercial real estate lending team. Glenn has more than 44 years of industry experience and will be based in the Bellevue loan center.
Spokane-based Lincoln Center hired Kelsee Tower and Jamie Blomberg as event coordinators, and Ken Holeman as catering server. Lincoln Center is a venue for galas, corporate meetings, performances and community events.
