Timber Ridge at Talus in Issaquah named Dr. Gurinder Sahi medical director and Maureen Manlosa nursing director. Dr. Sahi has been practicing medicine for 20 years and was with Emerald Heights in Redmond. Manlosa has practiced nursing for 15 years and been with Timber Ridge since 2009 as assistant director of nursing. A second phase at Timber Ridge is under construction.
Stokes Lawrence said Brian Cadousteau has joined the firm as an associate in the business practice, focusing on corporate and securities law for high-growth and startup companies. He was an associate attorney in the Seattle office of Deloitte, and a judicial extern for Hon. Ricardo Martinez with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.

University of Puget Sound Board named Isiaah Crawford, Ph.D., provost of Seattle University, as president-elect of UPS. Crawford will become the university's 14th president July 1, succeeding Ronald R. Thomas. Crawford is a clinical psychologist and taught at Loyola University Chicago before becoming provost at SU in 2008.

David Eckroth has been named CEO-elect at Parker, Smith & Feek and will assume those duties July 1, 2017. He joined the firm in 1992 and has been a principal since 1996. He is senior vice president and managing partner of the Anchorage office, and will relocate to the Seattle area.

Bellevue-based software company Envelop VR hired Jeff Hansen as vice president of business development. He will help customers use virtual reality to improve work flow, visualize data and develop products.

Brad Zorich joined Snohomish County Tourism Bureau as group sales manager for convention facilities. Zorich has 15 years of sales, product, E-commerce and marketing experience in hospitality, and worked for Argosy Cruises & Tillicum Village.
K&L Gates said J. Timothy Hobbs, Naomi Ogan and Ankur Tohan were named partners in Seattle. Hobbs focuses his practice on antitrust law and litigation and trade regulation, in addition to fisheries. Ogan handles corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and securities offerings. Tohan counsels on energy infrastructure, natural resource development and enforcement actions.
Washington Health Benefit Exchange appointed Pam MacEwan chief executive officer. MacEwan has been interim CEO since August 2015, succeeding Richard Onizuka. She joined the exchange in 2012 as chief of staff.
University Place Mayor Javier Figueroa and City of Puyallup Councilmember Tom Swanson have been elected to lead the Rainier Communications Commission, which advises local jurisdictions on telecom issues and televises local government programming.
