Locoh-Donou is senior vice president and COO of Ciena, a network strategy and technology company. F5 said it makes apps go faster, smarter and safer for businesses, governments and consumer brands.

SportsArt makes sustainable gym equipment including its Eco-POWR. The company's Americas headquarters is in Mukilteo.

Red Dot Corp., a global company based in Seattle that makes heating and air conditioning for commercial and military vehicles, has made some leadership changes. Rick McNamee is now CEO after joining as interim CEO last year. Steve Lach is chief operating officer and Artak Arakelian is vice president of operations. McNamee was CEO and president at Continental Circuits Corp. Lach was temporary VP of operations. Arakelian joins the firm from Precision Castparts. Red Dot focuses on construction, mining, agriculture, forestry, military, commercial freight and emergency vehicles.

AAA Washington

AAA Washington, which provides roadside assistance, travel and insurance services to members in Washington and northern Idaho, elected David Lowe Madeira, CEO of America's Car Museum, to chair the board of trustees. Carolyn Kelly, former president and COO of The Seattle Times, is now vice president; Greg Bever, retired publisher of Spokane's Journal of Business, is treasurer; and Kirk Nelson was re-elected president and CEO.
