Western Washington University

Western Washington University named Chris Roselli director of Front Door to Discovery, a program that connects WWU resources, students and faculty to people seeking collaborative opportunities. Roselli graduated from WWU in 1999, and has worked there in admissions and alumni programs.

Lockton

The insurance brokerage Lockton will add Seattle insurance and risk advisor Laura Walton as a senior vice president as part of its expansion in the Pacific Northwest. Walton will lead business development and client strategy in the new Seattle office. Walton has worked at Willis Towers Watson and The Fournier Group. The new office will open in temporary space at 601 108th St. N.E. in Bellevue, and expand into permanent space later this year.

Cairncross & Hempelmann has added attorney Lindsey Pflugrath to the firm. Her practice focuses on design and construction professionals, with services such as risk management, contract negotiation, conflict resolution and defending against claims.

F5 Networks

F5 Networks has named Francois Locoh-Donou president and CEO, succeeding John McAdam, who will remain a director on F5's board after he retires in April. Locoh-Donou is senior vice president and COO of Ciena, a network strategy and technology company. F5 said it makes apps go faster, smarter and safer for businesses, governments and consumer brands.

SportsArt has promoted vice president of marketing Jason Yormark and the director of dealer sales Rick Reading. Yormack was with Microsoft adCenter and Reading was with Cybex International. SportsArt makes sustainable gym equipment including its Eco-POWR. The company's Americas headquarters is in Mukilteo.

Red Dot

Red Dot Corp., a global company based in Seattle that makes heating and air conditioning for commercial and military vehicles, has made some leadership changes. Rick McNamee is now CEO after joining as interim CEO last year. Steve Lach is chief operating officer and Artak Arakelian is vice president of operations. McNamee was CEO and president at Continental Circuits Corp. Lach was temporary VP of operations. Arakelian joins the firm from Precision Castparts. Red Dot focuses on construction, mining, agriculture, forestry, military, commercial freight and emergency vehicles.

McKinley Irvin said Michael Jewitt and James Stensel have joined the Seattle office. Jewitt practices family law and Stensel focuses on divorce and custody cases.

AAA Washington

AAA Washington, which provides roadside assistance, travel and insurance services to members in Washington and northern Idaho, elected David Lowe Madeira, CEO of America's Car Museum, to chair the board of trustees. Carolyn Kelly, former president and COO of The Seattle Times, is now vice president; Greg Bever, retired publisher of Spokane's Journal of Business, is treasurer; and Kirk Nelson was re-elected president and CEO.
