On March 1, Teresa Moore will become executive director of Seattle CityClub. Moore is founder and president of public relations firm Moore Ink. Prior to that, she was vice president for corporate communications at Premera Blue Cross and director of communications and research at Washington Education Association. CityClub offers programs to inform and connect citizens.

Here are the 2019 officers of Sound Cities Association: Pacific Mayor Leanne Guier, president; Kent Mayor Dana Ralph, vice president; Redmond Councilmember Hank Margeson, treasurer; Lake Forrest Park Deputy Mayor Catherine Stanford, director at large; and Kenmore Mayor David Baker, immediate past president. SCA represents 38 cities in King County.
Fife Mayor Kim Roscoe joined the Sound Transit Board and its Rider Experience and Operations Committee. Roscoe has been a member of the Elected Leadership Group for Tacoma Dome Link Extension for the past year.
Entrepreneur network TiE Seattle named Madhu K. Singh and Anupam Gupta to its board. Singh is founder and chief legal officer of Foundry Law Group and Gupta is chief product officer of 4C Insights. They replace outgoing board members Pradeep Rathinam and Sunil Shah.

The Seattle office of Van Ness Feldman hired lawyers Erin Anderson and Sara Leverette, both formerly with Stoel Rives. Anderson is a partner who specializes in environmental, land use and natural resource law. She has over 25 years of experience. Leverette, an associate, also focuses on natural resources and land use practices.
Artistic director Braden Abraham renewed his contract with Seattle Repertory Theatre. The contract is for three years. Braden joined Seattle Rep in 2002 and served in several positions on the artistic staff before assuming artistic leadership in 2014.
Mace Security International of Cleveland bought Tornado Security Products, a personal self-defense company based in Ferndale, Whatcom County. Tornado makes pepper sprays, stun guns and bear sprays for individuals and law enforcement. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Melissa Robertson is the new president of Associa EMB Management's Bellevue branch. Robertson has more than 13 years of community association management experience, most recently as vice president of operations at Associa Sierra North in Reno. Associa is a property management company with more than 180 branches across North America.
Pet Alliance of Washington announced its 2019 officers: Melanie Rushforth, executive director of Northwest Spay and Neuter Center, board chair; Lisa Feder, vice president and director of shelter operations of the Humane Society for Southwest Washington, co-chair; Dr. Gene Mueller, manager of Regional Animal Services of King County, secretary; and Dawn Davies, executive director of Wenatchee Valley Humane Society, treasurer. The alliance consists of 11 public and private animal welfare organizations.
On Saturday, Mercato Stellina at the Market will open Bar Mercato, a new lounge adjacent to the restaurant at 2001 Western Ave.
BECU will open a neighborhood financial center on Southeast 272nd Street in Covington this fall. The 2,600-square-foot branch will have a “tellerless” layout with three ATMs, and offer mortgages, personal loans, auto loans and business services. BECU is a community credit union.
