Xerox

Xerox of the Pacific Northwest has named Frank Walton manager of information systems and financial consultant. Walton will oversee market share and financial results for the company's authorized sales agent program. Stacey Powell has been named field manager of customer service, managing a staff of 32 field service engineers based throughout the Puget Sound region.

Graphic Associates

Graphic Associates, an Eastside graphic design firm, has added Ross West to its team of designers. His work has appeared in "Print" magazine and Computer Graphics 3.

MWW/Savitt

MWW/Savitt announced that Deane Kreitler has joined the firm as an assistant account executive. Kreitler was a photographic and production assistant for David R. Stoecklin Photography, where he assisted with national commercial shoots and executed sales of DRS Photography publications.

Quebecor

Quebecor Integrated Media has named the following people to its new respective positions: Don Chapman, quality coordinator; Peter Blado, senior pricing analyst; David Cody, focused factory director; Kevin Watson, director of quality and purchasing; and Jim Richards, human resources director.

611 Supreme

A new restaurant named 611 Supreme has opened on Capitol Hill at 611 East Pine St. The restaurant offers crepes, homemade soups, fresh salads, French wines and hard apple cider from the orchards of Normandy.

Provideo Productions

Michael J. "Mike" Connor has been promoted to sales and production manager for Provideo Productions. He has been with the company for six years in a variety of positions including production, sound and video recording, graphics and animation.

Cascadia Duty Free

Cascadia Duty Free, Seattle-based concessionaire to the cruise ship S.S. Universe Explorer which is returning from several months in Australia, the South Pacific, Hawaii and Mexico, will restock supplies in Seattle. In addition to operating the ship's gift and concessions store, Cascadia Duty Free also provides hair styling and massage services to the passengers. The S.S. Universe Explorer, arriving July 19, is the first cruise ship to stay overnight at the recently-opened facilities at Port of Seattle's Pier 66, or Bell Street Pier. Cascadia Duty Free also has a bonded duty free store at Kenmore Air Harbor's Lake Union terminal on the south end of Lake Union. The retail shop attracts San Juan and B.C.-bound passengers and customers from the neighborhood. Nicole Pastarnack, president and owner of Cascadia Duty Free started her business in 1990.

The Fishin' Place

The Fishin' Place will unveil its new line of fresh fish products in two local Queen Anne Thriftway supermarkets. The Fishin' Place fillet entrees and fish burgers will be available at the Queen Anne Thriftway in Seattle located on the top of Queen Anne hill and in the Tacoma store located on Proctor Street. The Fishin' Place produces take-home seafood meals made from Alaskan pollack and salmon. The fish is are sorted, cleaned, processed and packed within six hours of catching aboard state-of-the-art factory trawlers fishing the waters of the Bering Sea.

Boston Market

Boston Market will open its 27th restaurant in Washington state at 15704 Mill Creek Blvd., Mill Creek. The opening will be held July 29. Dennis Mullen, CEO of BC Northwest L.P., the area developer of Boston Market restaurants, plans to open 15 additional stores in Washington and Oregon before the end of the year.

Odyssey, The Maritime Discovery Center

Odyssey, The Maritime Discovery Center currently under construction at the new Bell Street Pier, has added 27 new donors and more than $660,000 in contributions in the past three months. Major second quarter contributors are Microsoft; Fletcher General Construction; the city of Kobe, Japan; Sunmar Shipping and Glacier Fish Company.
