Data Dimensions

Data Dimensions of Bellevue has licensed Unisys Australia Limited, a division of Unisys Corp., to use Data Dimension's procedures in its Year 2000 consulting work in 11 Asian countries, including India and China. The agreement expands a previous licensing contract under which Unisys SPD has been using Data Dimensions procedures for Year 2000 consulting work in New Zealand and Australia. Data Dimensions now has licensing arrangements with 13 companies in 36 countries.

Food Processors Association

The Northwest Food Processor Association has chosen the following members to serve as officers for the organization.Jim Munyon, president of Food Group of the J.R. Simplot Co. in Boise, Idaho, has been chosen as chairman of NWFPA. Other officers of the association include: David Jensen, Smith Frozen Foods, Inc., chairman-elect; Tom Stokes, Tree Top, Inc., vice chairman; David Pahl, NWFPA staff, president, secretary, treasurer; Dave Klick, NWFPA staff, executive vice president.

BIA

The Business Industrial Association (BIA) of the Woodinville Chamber of Commerce has named the following members to serve as co-chairs of the organization: Al Johansen, president of Johansen Mechanical Inc.; Mike Smith, president of Check Ride Inc., and Albert Martin, marketing director of Mold Rite Inc. The BIA is open to all industrial, manufacturing and their related service companies. Meetings are the last Wednesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Reservations can be made be calling the Woodinville Chamber of Commerce at 481-8300.

West Stock

Seattle-based West Stock Photography announced that the Xerox Corp. has chosen it to be an on-demand color printing partner. West Stock will be presenting at Xerox's DocuWorld 97 where it will show how to use its online stock photography catalog of professional color photographs in on-demand color printing applications. West Stock has been an early innovator in the digital delivery of high-quality photography.

CASE 55+

A group of citizens have recently created the Center for the Advancement of Senior Employment (CASE 55+), a 501(c) (3) corporation. The mission of CASE 55+ is to increase employment of senior citizens through training, counseling, job development, referral and placement for seniors. CASE 55+ has entered into an alliance with the Mayor's Office for Senior Citizens to meet common objectives for assisting older job seekers. Clipper Navigation

Clipper Navigation has hired Elizabeth Hoey as the new manager of domestic tour sales. Hoey will be responsible for national tour sales for the recently acquired Princess Marguerite III luxury passenger and vehicle ferry. Mary Puthuff has been hired as corporate sales manager.

Crowley Maritime

Jean Gilbertson has been promoted to manager, public relations/advertising, at Crowley Maritime Corporation. She will serve the CMC subsidiary Crowley Marine Services, headquartered in Seattle.

International Staff Group

The International Staff Group (ISG) has developed an online calendar of international events for the Greater Seattle area, located on the internet at http://www.ci.seattle.wa.us/business/tda/isgfront.htm. ISG is an informal group comprised of internationally focused organizations located in the Greater Seattle area, including the Washington Council on International Trade, the World Affairs Council and the Trade Development Alliance of Greater Seattle. Lumbermen's

Lumbermen's of Washington, Inc., a 43-store chain of retail building material centers in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Arizona, has promoted three key executives. Jon Conde has been promoted to vice president of operations. Tim Weiss has also been promoted to vice president of operations. Douglas Grover has been promoted to vice president of marketing. Lumbermen's is a subsidiary of Redmond-based Lanoga Corporation which operates Spenard Builders Supply, United Building Supply and Fish Building Supplies.

Targeted Genetics

Jack Bowman has been elected to the board of Targeted Genetics Corporation. He replaces Austin Long III. Bowman is a retired company group chairman of Johnson & Johnson.
