Continental Savings Bank recently named 25 loan officers to its President's Club. Eight of them were further honored in the Circle of Excellence for reaching outstanding production totals for 1998. Local officers David Doherty, Cindi McMullen and Les Allen of Bellevue and Eva McWilliams, Shari Wear, Danny Robinson, Tom Allison and David Hatlen of Seattle were named to the President's Club. Hatlen and Allen were also named to the Circle of Excellence.
Communications Product Development, a Vancouver-based manufacturer and marketer of a high-volume call processing platform, has appointed Stephen Costanzo general manager of its international and domestic sales force. Costanzo formerly served as director of sales and marketing for Encodex, an Oregon-based software consultant firm.

Tacoma's Jesse Engineering Co. recently agreed to be the sales agent and manufacturer of the Odense Shipyard Automatic Profile Cutting System for Odense Steel Shipyard.
Annalee Cobbett, a Seattle lawyer, was recently named to the National Registry of Who's Who. Cobbett practices land use, consumer rights and business law and founded the FarmCity Alliance, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving farmland in Washington state.

Kathy Johnston has been promoted to vice president and principal for Trade-Marx Sign & Display, a Seattle-based fabricator and installer of signs and environmental graphics. Johnston formerly served as sales manager.
Brian D. Zeringer has joined the law firm of Lane Powell Spears Lubersky in the Seattle office as an associate. Zeringer concentrates his practice in product liability, real estate and commercial litigation.
The Evergreen State College recently appointed Nancy Taylor academic dean for faculty hiring and development. Craig McLaughlin has been promoted to director of college relations. McLaughlin formerly served as publications manager.
EyeWire, a provider of visual content for business communications, recently appointed Charles Mauzy as vice president of business development. Mauzy will head EyeWire's new product and business development office in Seattle. Mauzy formerly served as director of media development at Corbis. Drina Lazar was recently promoted to vice president of content development. Lazar formerly served as director of product development.
