Banner Bank hired Leanne Mullikin as a real estate loan officer at its Spokane Corporate and Business Banking Center. She will be responsible for originating mortgage loans. Before joining Banner Bank, Mullikin was a mortgage loan originator and production manager with Washington Trust Bank.
Oki Golf, a Bellevue-based personal investment company, hired Keith Williams as sales manager. Williams will oversee tournament sales for Oki Golf's five regional golf clubs. Williams is the former western regional sales manager for Tapeswitch Corp.
Life Care Centers of America, a healthcare management company based in Cleveland, Tenn., appointed Jim Scadlock senior vice president of operations - west. Scadlock will oversee the Northwest, Mountain States and Southwest divisions of Life Care. Newly promoted Cathy Murray, based in Tennessee, will oversee the Eastern, Heartland and Northeast divisions as senior vice president of operations - east.
Moss Adams hired Wesley Western as a senior manager in its Securities and Insurance Practice, which provides services to businesses involved in trading or managing financial instruments. Moss Adams is a Seattle-based accounting and consulting firm that caters to mid-size companies.
HomeStreet Capital, a Seattle-based multifamily and commercial real estate lender, promoted Dan Ross to production manager. Ross will supervise loan originations, coordinate production and oversee development and training of the sales team in all offices.
Ti Locke, Asfaha Lemlem and David Keyes received the ET3 TEC Champion award for outstanding community technology leaders from the Education Technology Think Tank. Locke runs a computer program that provides hardware for those in financial need. Lemlem coordinates the Yesler Terrace Community Computer and Learning Center, and is a founding member of the Puget Sound Alliance for Community Technology. Keyes is the community technology program manager at Seattle's Department of Information Technology.

The Washington State Dental Association elected new officers and members to its board of directors. The new officers are Mark V. Walker, president; Lawrence R. Lawton, president-elect; Dan Middaugh, vice president; and Robert R. Shaw, immediate past president. The new members are Michael D. Aslin, Dexter E. Barnes, Albert Bird, Sue Weishaar and Rodney B. Wentworth.
Carol K. Nelson, president and CEO of Snohomish County-based Cascade Financial Corp., was named to U.S. Banker Magazine's list of 25 Women to Watch. The list ranks the 25 most powerful women in banking and finance today. Since Nelson joined the bank in 2001, Cascade has had 11 consecutive quarters of record profitability and growth.
Seattle Financial Group, a network of financial services including Seattle Mortgage and Seattle Savings Bank, named Gary Carlson chief administrative officer. Carlson is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, including activities conducted under Seattle Mortgage, Seattle Savings Bank, Seattle Escrow and Seattle Capital. Carlson is the former vice president of U.S. Bank's Metropolitan Commercial Banking division.
Western Washington University named Barbara Audley executive director of the Extended Education and Summer Programs. EESP offers education and human services degrees in Seattle, Oak Harbor, Everett and Bremerton; as well as on-campus professional development, youth education and Elderhostel programs. Audley has 35 years of experience in university outreach and adult education.
American West Steamboat Co., a Seattle-based cruise line, promoted John Hein to president and Gary Sorrels to senior vice president of operations. Hein has been with the company since 1996, most recently as general manager. Prior to his promotion, Sorrels was the vice president of passenger services.
