Port of Longview Commissioners

Port of Longview Commissioners elected Dan Buell president, Walt Barham vice president and Larry Larson secretary. Buell, from District Two, is serving his second term; Barham, from District Three, is serving his third term; and Larson, from District One, is serving his fifth term.

Burien Arts Commission

Comcast Cable

Comcast Cable named Leonard Rozek senior vice president of cable operations in Washington. Previously, Rozek was regional senior vice president for the company's southern division, managing six groups of cable systems. Comcast is a Philadelphia-based developer, manager and operator of broadband cable networks.

Loudeye

Loudeye Corp. named Michael A. Brochu, chairman and chief executive officer of Primus Knowledge Solutions, to its board of directors. Brochu is the former president of Sierra On-Line. Loudeye is based in Seattle and provides custom music and video encoding, hosting and music and video samples.

Northwest Hospital & Medical Center

Northwest Hospital & Medical Center added Richard T. Bouche to the hospital staff as a podiatrist. Bouche, whose practice is located at the Sports Medicine Clinic in North Seattle, specializes in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery and small joint anthroscopy. Northwest Hospital is located in Seattle.

Sarah L. Bhagwandin joined Davis Wright Tremaine, a Seattle-based business and litigation law firm, as an associate in the Seattle office. Bhagwandin was previously an associate with Song Mondress and focuses her practice on employee benefits law. Jayanne A. Hino, a partner in the Seattle office, was named a commissioner of the American Bar Association's Commission on Racial and Ethnic Diversity in the Profession. Hino is a member of the firm's diversity committee, which addresses issues relating to recruitment and retention of attorneys from diverse backgrounds.

Emerald City Moving & Storage

Effective Jan. 31, Emerald City Moving & Storage's warehouse and storage operations will be located at 20024 87th Ave. S. in Kent. On March 1, the administrative and sales offices will relocate to the same address. Prior to those dates all operations are located at 18516 80th Ave. S. in Kent. AVHQ Rental Services

AVHQ Rental Services, a Long Beach, Calif.-based company that provides audiovisual equipment and expertise, named Michael F. Dodd regional vice president of sales and operations. Dodd, who will serve the western states, is the former vice president of sales at Audio Visual Innovations. AVHQ is a part of Audio Visual Services Corp., which is also based in Long Beach.
