Seattle Goodwill elected new officers to its board of directors. Chair Ed Belleba is vice president for direct channel marketing for World Wide Strategies. Scott M. Missall is vice chair. Missall is an attorney and partner with Short Cressman and Burgess in Seattle. Richard Pahre, a former partner with Moss Adams, was reelected as treasurer. Shellie Sadr, senior vice president at Bank of America, is secretary. The non-profit provides employment training and education to people with barriers to economic opportunity.
Chief financial officer Fred Schapelhouman will leave Seattle-based company Insightful Corp., a provider of software solutions for data analysis. Schapelhouman will remain until the company recruits a new chief financial officer. Also, the company's independent auditor Ernst & Young has resigned and Insightful is recruiting a new firm.
Redmond-based Connx Solutions, a data access and middleware tools company, made changes to its staff. Shirley McKinney was promoted to director of business development and Larry McGhaw to vice president of engineering and CTO. John Andrews has joined as vice president of sales and marketing. Connx provides access to data from any platform, a technology known as a virtual database.

Drugstore.com, a Bellevue-based online provider of health and pharmacy products, announced Kal Raman, president and chief executive officer, has decided to leave the company to pursue other opportunities. Robert Barton, the company's chief financial officer, will assume his responsibilities during the search for a replacement.
Chiropractor Garry Baldwin will be president of the 1000-member Washington State Chiropractic Association. Baldwin has practiced for 19 years and runs Baldwin Chiropractic in Kent. The association gave a leadership award to Francis Butch Corbin, a Renton doctor of chiropractic. Corbin has practiced for 26 years with Corbin Chiropractic Clinic.
Car Pros, which operated and sold a Hyundai dealership in Olympia earlier this year, was awarded a Hyundai franchise in Seattle at 14005 Aurora Ave. N. Car Pros Hyundai will have vehicles, a showroom and a service center. Hyundai Motor America is based in Fountain Valley, Calif., and is a subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Co. of Korea. Hyundai cars are sold and serviced at 625 dealerships in the U.S.
Bellevue-based Onyx Software, a customer relationship management company, named Janice P. Anderson chief executive officer and chairman of the board. Anderson has global operations experience in telecommunications with Lucent Technologies and two technology startups.
Geospiza, a Seattle company that delivers DNA analysis and data management software for life sciences researchers, appointed Kevin M. Banks vice president of business development. Banks will work on industry and customer partnerships to help scientists through the use of familiar hardware and software.
Carlsbad, Calif.-based Ashworth, Inc., a designer of sportswear clothing, named Joey Rodolfo vice president of design for one of its golf apparel divisions. Rodolfo started with Catalina Swimwear and worked for Union Bay Sportswear in Seattle as men's design director. Ashworth designs sportswear for golf pro shops, resorts and specialty stores.
