NC Machinery has appointed Mark Kalamar to sales representative for the Seattle branch, and Michael Boozenny as the new manager for its Fife branch.

Kalamar has been an NC product support sales representative for the past four years, and has 16 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic and operator. He will cover Seattle and south King County.

Boozenny spent four years as a sales coordinator for Pacific Detroit Diesel-Allison of Kent. He has 15 years' experience as a Caterpillar heavy equipment, marine and truck mechanic.

Lerach Coughlin, Geller Rudman

A national law firm specializing in class action litigation has opened a Seattle office. San Diego-based Lerach Coughlin Stoia & Robbins joined with the boutique firm of Geller Rudman, which has a similar focus, opening three new offices in New York, Florida and Seattle. The firm will be known as Lerach Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins, and will have approximately 140 lawyers.

North Star Diamonds

Vancouver, B.C.-based North Star Diamonds named Alec Peck vice president of corporate development. Peck will work on financing, strategic development and marketing diamonds through the Internet.

Supreme Corq

Graham Partners of Philadelphia acquired Kent-based Supreme Corq, a company that produces wine and spirit seals. Supreme Corq has manufacturing and warehouse facilities in the U.S., Belgium, Chile and South Africa. Graham Partners is an affiliate of the privately held Graham Group of York, Penn., which invests in plastics, packaging, building products and manufacturing companies.

MedManage Systems

MedManage Systems of Bothell, a company that provides online prescription drug samples, added Thomas Quinn as a senior vice president, Mark Gleason as vice president of marketing and Robert Nakahara as CFO. The three were consultants to the company. Quinn was principal of Collaborative Consulting Group. Gleason was managing partner of Hygro Consulting Group. The company has regional offices in New York, Chicago, Boston and Research Triangle Park, N.C.

Lynden Air Freight

Lynden Air Freight, a Seattle-based air and ocean freight forwarder, is opening an office in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Operations Manager Juancarlos Cruz, who has eight years freight forwarding experience, will oversee operations. Cruz's key support personnel are Arturo Fuentes and Maria Rivera, who specialize in international imports and domestic imports.

Regal Financial Bank

Chuck Foisie joined Seattle-based Regal Financial Bank as chief credit officer. Foisie was with Pacific Northwest Bank in Seattle. Ben Pulmano was named a vice president and is a commercial lending officer. Kurban Merchant joined as a vice president. Michael Messina was promoted to vice president. Alice On was promoted to an assistant vice president and information technology officer.

Buckley's

Buckley's, a restaurant and pub, recently opened in Queen Anne. Owner Tim Buckley was with Belltown Pub and has 24 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Sous chef Lorie Lockwood ran her own catering business. General manager Steve Gagnon was also with the Belltown Pub, as were the following staff who will move to Buckley's: Harrison Hegberg, Christopher Dougherty, Pete Jeager, Terry Gildea, Chuck Gomes, Gennefer Sharpe and Tim Johnston. In August Benjamin D. Resnick will be executive chef.

Baldwin Resource Group

Baldwin Resource Group in Bellevue added Harold Teel as a vice president. Teel has more than 20 years experience working with business owners to plan finances. He will work on benefits, compensation and wealth management. Baldwin Resource Group provides business consulting, risk management, benefits and insurance services.

Reaxion

Mobile game developer Reaxion added vice president and creative director Colin Prior. Prior has been Reaxion's chairman and an advisory board member, and will manage development of wireless games. He was CTO for Seattle-based NetReflector and worked on reseller support programs for Europe while at Sun Microsystems. Anton Volnykh is creative director. Volnykh was a game designer and project lead at Cybiko. Reaxion is headquartered in Seattle, with offices in Moscow and Los Angeles.

Washington Wildlife and Recreation Coalition

Engineer Mark E. Warner, a Pacific Coast manager for West Chester, Penn.-based Weston Solutions, was elected to the board of the Washington Wildlife and Recreation Coalition. The coalition is co-chaired by former governors Dan Evans and Mike Lowry, and has 120 member businesses and organizations. In 12 years, the coalition has raised $362 million in state funds for the Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program.

Weyerhaeuser

Weyerhaeuser of Federal Way named Lee T. Alford senior vice president, Residential Wood Products, and William R. Corbin executive vice president, Industrial Wood Products and International. Alford has served as vice president Softwood Lumber since 2002. Corbin's new responsibilities include Weyerhaeuser Forestlands International and Weyerhaeuser Asia.

Network Installation

Irvine, Calif.-based Network Installation has opened a new sales and service location in Seattle. Brandon Relkoff is the branch sales manager. Network Installation provides communications solutions including data, voice and video networks as well as wireless networks and Wi-Fi.
