Point B Solutions Group promoted Mike Pongon to managing director in its Portland practice, where he has been a director for three years. Company officials say Point B will hire up to 10 new associates in the next few months to double its staff in Portland, and add 60 new associates in its Seattle office. The company focuses on project leadership for distribution and manufacturing companies around the world.
Bothell-based company Seattle Genetics promoted Eric L. Dobmeier to senior vice president of corporate development. Dobmeier will manage the company's legal affairs, business development and corporate communications. He represented technology companies at Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe. Seattle Genetics works to find therapeutics to treat cancer and immunologic diseases.

Mobile Marketing Association selected Laura Marriott to be executive director and manage global operations. She has 14 years of experience in the high-tech industry, including working on messaging as Intrado's director of mobility marketing. Mobile Marketing Association is headquartered in Bellevue.

Seattle public relations firm The Fearey Group promoted Marie Tindall to vice president. Tindall has 10 years of public relations experience and will direct public affairs for several clients.
Jessie Lee Harris has joined Williams, Kastner & Gibbs as an associate in the firm's Seattle office. Harris will concentrate on civil litigation related to product liability, employment and discrimination, insurance and commercial issues. He was with Helsell Fetterman.
The Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle, or Seattle Bank, added Richard M. Riccobono as executive vice president and chief operating officer. Riccobono is set to start at Seattle Bank on Aug. 10, and is stepping down from his position at a bureau in the U.S. Department of the Treasury that regulates the nation's thrift industry. Mark Szczepaniak will be chief financial officer for Seattle Bank, after serving as the bank's controller. Steve Horton was interim chief financial officer and will now be chief risk officer. David Bley will be executive vice president and director of sales, marketing, and business development.
