First Heritage Bank opened a new branch in Woodinville at 13300 N.E. 175th St. First Heritage Bank has branches in Everett, Lynnwood, Marysville, Monroe, Arlington and Snohomish.
The Bravern's outdoor shopping area will have a number of Northwest retailers including Sur La Table, Eye Society, Dilettante Mocha Cafe and Silberman/Brown Stationers, in addition to Wild Ginger and John Howie Steak restaurants. Sur La Table will occupy 5,000 square feet, while Eye Society and Silberman/Brown will each occupy 1,000 square feet. The Dilettante Mocha Cafe will relocate its downtown Bellevue store to 2,400 square feet. The Bravern is a mixed-use complex scheduled for completion in 2009.
Seattle-based SeaBright Insurance Holdings hired Robert Cuthbert as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Cuthbert has worked in the insurance industry for 25 years and was recently chief financial officer with Wells Fargo Insurance Services. He fills the position left vacant by the passing of SeaBright's former CFO.
Waterfront Seafood Grill in Seattle hired Peter Levine as executive chef. Levine has spent 27 years in the restaurant industry and was recently executive chef at Troiani Ristorante Italiano.

KeyBank hired Mastin P. Cox as business banking relationship manager. He is based in the bank's Seattle offices and worked at Wells Fargo Bank for seven years.
Bellevue-based Pulsair Systems hired R.M. “Skip” Brunhaver as director of sales for the Western United States. Pulsair is a manufacturer of industrial liquid mixing and blending devices.
Applied Discovery in Bellevue, a division of LexisNexis, hired Virginia P. Henschel as vice president of industry relations and head of the new E-Discovery Financial Crisis Response Team. She will be the company's primary e-discovery spokesperson. Henschel was e-discovery counsel for Sunoco, Inc.
Everett-based Intermec hired Jeanne Lyon as vice president of human resources. Lyon worked at Roche's Palo Alto Research and Development Center in California as senior vice president of human resources. Intermec develops, manufactures and integrates chain asset technologies.
