Washington Air Reps promoted Raymond Poole to chief financial officer. The company has been supplying equipment and providing engineering solutions for the Pacific Northwest's commercial and institutional HVAC market for 33 years. It has offices in Bellevue and Spokane.

The Resort at the Mountain

The Resort at the Mountain hired Janet Johnston as director of sales. Johnston was director of sales for the Salishan Spa & Gold Resort. The golf and meeting resort is at the base of Oregon's Mount Hood.

Clark Nuber

Clark Nuber, a CPA firm in Bellevue, promoted Dan Cassidy, Julie Eisenhauer and Ryan Stute to principal.

Hallmark Manor

Federal Way's Hallmark Manor, a nursing and rehabilitation center, hired Johnathan Owens as executive director. Owens was executive director at Life Care Center of Federal Way.

Rezin Marketing

Redmond-based Rezin Marketing, a new company specializing in brand development, athlete management, event planning, scene integration and turn-key tools, recently launched across North America. Peter Moran is president of Rezin, which was founded by Moran and David Cantu. Members of its athlete team include Kasey Keller, Seattle Sounders goalie; Josh Brown, former Seattle Seahawk; Jamie Sterling, big wave surfer; and Neil Rackers, Arizona Cardinals kicker.

Vu1 Corp.

Seattle-based Vu1 Corp. hired David Grieger as chief executive officer. Grieger has 20 years of management and executive experience with Russell Investments. Richard Herring, former CEO and lead scientist, will transition to the role of chief technology officer. Vu1 is developing energy efficient light bulbs that don't use mercury.

Revel Consulting

Revel Consulting, a Kirkland-based business and IT consulting firm, hired Russ Rogers as consulting director. Rogers has 20 years experience in designing and implementing sales and marketing plans, and recently spent 10 years at Microsoft.

Sleeping Lady

Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort in Leavenworth hired Richard LaCasse to its management team as outlet and catering manager. He was recently the hospitality services manager for the Wolf Creek Inn.
