CFO Selections

CFO Selections, a Bellevue-based finance and accounting consulting firm, hired Andrea Lester, CPA, and Joe Schick, CPA. Lester has 20 years of experience in startups and growth stage companies and has worked at Clearwire and InfoMove. Schick has 25 years of experience and was recently CFO of Vertafore.

Rafel Law Group

Rafel Law Group promoted Robert Hyde to principal. Rafel has offices in Seattle and Portland, and focuses on real estate, construction and commercial litigation.

Pizzeria Pulcinella

Pizzeria Pulcinella, a Neapolitan pizzeria at 10003 Rainier Ave. S., recently opened. Vince Mottola and Fred Martichuski, owners of Vince's Italian Restaurant in Rainier Beach, had a vision for a Neapolitan pizzeria and formed a company, Pizza Experts, with David Dorough to develop the idea. The 50-seat restaurant is in a historic space that was previously a vacant general store and tavern.

Beacon Partners

Health care management consulting firm Beacon Partners hired Robert Jablonski as regional manager, where he will be responsible for a team of consultants in the Pacific Northwest region. Jablonski recently operated his own independent health care consulting practice in Seattle.

UW Bothell

Jim Donald, former CEO of Starbucks, has been named executive-in-residence for the Business Program at the University of Washington Bothell. He will provide insight and mentoring to current students and faculty, and lecture on different topics.

Foster Pepper

Law firm Foster Pepper hired Nancy Neraas as a member in its municipal and public finance practice groups. Neraas spent 24 years in the Seattle office of K&L Gates and is nationally recognized for her work on public utility district and other municipal electric financings.

Northwest Commercial Bank

Lakewood's Northwest Commercial Bank named Jeff Goodell to head its Puyallup Loan Production Office as commercial loan officer. Goodell spent three years at Frontier Bank and before that worked for Eisenhower & Carlson Law Firm in the research and collections department.
