Columbia Hospitality

Columbia Hospitality, a Seattle-based hospitality management and consulting firm, hired Jolene DiSalvo as vice president of marketing. DiSalvo was vice president of brand marketing for the Luxury Brands Group at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide in New York.

KeyBank

KeyBank hired Salisa Roberts as district sales manager for the Key Investment Services Team in the Seattle-Cascades district, based in Bellevue. Roberts has 19 years of financial services experience and was recently regional manager for Washington Mutual Investments in central California.

Kineta

Kineta, a privately held biotechnology company based in Seattle, hired Ken North as senior vice president of finance. North, who joined Kineta in 2008, will lead the strategic development of financial initiatives. He was president and CEO at Seattle Savings Bank.

Apptio

Bellevue-based Apptio, a provider of IT cost optimization solutions, hired Stan Shull as vice president of business development to lead the expanded partner program. Shull has 20 years experience and previously worked at IBM.

WSU Board of Regents

Gov. Chris Gregoire appointed Ted Baseler, president and CEO of Chateau Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, to the board of regents of Washington State University. Gregoire first appointed Baseler to the board in 2006. A year later, he stepped down because of business commitments. Baseler is a WSU graduate.

FCS Group

FCS Group in Redmond promoted Nihat Dogan, Michael Dean and Sergey Tarasov. Dogan joined the firm in 2001 and is now project manager. Dean joined the firm in 2004 and is now project consultant. Tarasov joined the firm in 2006 and is now senior analyst. FCS provides consulting services on utility rates, finance and management.

Hydrogen Advertising

Hydrogen Advertising in Seattle hired Tracy Guza and Christy Healy to its staff. Guza was a producer at DDB Seattle. Healy has worked with Wieden + Kennedy and McCann Erickson.

Visible Technologies

Seattle-based Visible Technologies, a provider of social media analysis and engagement solutions, has changes in its executive management. Dan Vetras is now chief executive officer. Adam Selig, who served as CEO for the past two and a half years, is now divisional president of strategic alliances. Vetras has 25 years experience and was CEO of Talisma.

Darby & Darby

Law firm Darby & Darby in Seattle hired Michael Kirschner as principal. Kirschner has 24 years experience as a patent and trial attorney, specializes in biotechnology and was formerly with Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson.
