Laurel Potter has been promoted to Fife's economic development and marketing program manager. Potter has worked for the city since 2007. She has a BA in public relations from Washington State University and is nationally certified as a public information officer.
Bristol Bay Resource Solutions, a newly formed subsidiary of Bristol Bay Native Corporation, officially began operations March 25. Terri Bozkaya is president and CEO. Bristol Bay Resource Solutions provide services to the native corporation's subsidiaries in construction and tourism.
Issaquah-based NAES Corp., which provides services to the energy industry, hired Duncan Brown as director of corporate development and engineering services. Duncan was senior project manager with Science Applications International.

Seattle law firm Lane Powell hired Priya Sinha Cloutier in the intellectual property and technology practice group. Cloutier was special counsel at Karr Tuttle Campbell.
The Bellevue Downtown Association named Janice Morris, senior vice president and senior client manager with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, as 2013 board chair. Morris has more than 30 years of real estate industry experience in the Puget Sound region.
Seattle-based PRR hired Diana Steeble as director of public relations. Steeble has 13 years of industry experience with newspapers, magazines and television. PRR is an integrated communications agency with offices in Seattle, Washington, D.C., and Austin, Texas.

Seattle-based Fearey Group promoted Laura Ray to senior vice president. Ray has played an instrumental role in expanding the built environment and sustainability practice areas. The Fearey Group is an independent public relations and public affairs firm.
Seattle-based communications agency PRR announced promotions and new hires in the Seattle office. Promotions: Kirsten Hauge to senior associate II, Laura LaBissoniere Miller to associate II, Lynsey Gilchrist Burgess to associate III and Britt Thorson to account executive. Hires: Diana Steeble, Kathy Schomer, Anne Broache, Haley Reutimann, Jennifer Rash, Kate Elliott, Maks Goldenshteyn and Myra Keovilayhong.
The Southwest King County Chamber of Commerce board of directors named Carol Kolson as new president and CEO effective April 8. Kolson has been involved with the Southwest King County Chamber for six years. She has had a 28-year banking career, most recently at HomeStreet Bank.
