    ContractQuest, one of the top 10 technology companies in Tacoma, has a wizard ready to help small- to medium-sized homebuilders improve their estimating, cut labor costs and increase profits -- ContractWizard.

    The program, which works through Microsoft’s Access database software, not only makes it easy for contractors to build their business as they build their homes but also provides builders' associations with a new membership tool and a new revenue stream.
