    The Terraces at Alderwood, on the southwest corner of the Lynnwood mall, has an outdoor garden setting, plus new stores and restaurants.

    Bayley Construction Co. of Seattle is heading into the last six months of a $50 million project launched in 2002 to expand Alderwood shopping center in Lynnwood by 30 percent.
