W.G. Clark

Harvey Hendrickson and Mike Sotelo have been named vice presidents of W.G. Clark Construction Co. Hendrickson joined the firm in 1991. He is a senior project manager with more than 30 years of estimating and project management experience. Sotelo has been with the firm since 1984 and has served as its human resources and safety director since 1987. He is also senior vice president of Approach Management Services, a founding member of the Construction Safety Task Force and a co-founder of the Puget Sound Area Construction Safety Summit.

Dyno Overlays

The Tacoma operation of Dyno Overlays Inc. has announced several personnel changes. Andy Pulido is the new technical service representative for overlaid plywood manufacturing. He has nearly 30 years of experience. Peggy Lemmer is a new product development scientist. She has 15 years of experience in her field. Tim Zattau is the new quality control manager. He has over 10 years of experience.

Fullman Company

Richard Smoke has been promoted to vice president of Fullman Company in Portland. Smoke has over 23 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry. He is responsible for conceptual estimating, marketing, information systems and CAD, total quality management, and Fullman College, the company's internal training program.

Henifin & Associates

The Washington State Office of Minority and Women's Business Enterprises has granted a women's business enterprise and disadvantaged business enterprise certification to Henifin & Associates Inc. of Bellingham. The company's services include heavy construction, site preparation, installation and renovation of water and sewer utilities, and road construction.

E. Kent Halvorson

Jon R. Olson has been promoted to controller at E. Kent Halvorson. The company also announced Dale Brevick has joined as senior project manager. Olson was previously the firm's assistant controller. He is responsible for general accounting, internal auditing, cost accounting budgetary controls and data processing. He holds a degree in business administration and accounting from Central Washington University. Brevick has over 20 years of experience and previously managed new construction for Simmonds Health Care of Mercer Island.

The Rafn Company is moving its offices Sept. 28. Effective on that date, the new address will be: 1721 132nd Ave. N.E., Bellevue, WA 98005-2224, phone (206) 702-6600, fax (206) 702-9580. The company's post office box address will remain the same. An open house has been scheduled for Oct. 30, from 3-7 p.m.
