Several new hires and promotions have been announced at Lease Crutcher Lewis in Seattle. In the accounting department, Mariam Agustin has been promoted to staff accountant, and the new hires include Rob Jacobs in job costing, Tess Fannon in accounts payable, and Joe Hamlin in payroll. Agustin has been with the firm since 1996. She attended the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines and is currently studying at Seattle Central Community College. Jacobs holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Washington State University. Fannon has worked in the construction industry in Honolulu and for US Bank in Seattle. She attended Centro Escolar University in the Philippines and Honolulu Business College. Hamlin holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Washington.
The Portland office of Kitchell has promoted Frank Harris to Pacific Northwest area manager. Harris started with Kitchell as the project scheduler on a seismic upgrade project in San Rafael, Calif., and was transferred to Portland in 1999 as a project manager for the company's corrections clients. In his new role, Harris will be leading Kitchell operations and marketing in the Pacific Northwest. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Arizona State University and studied architecture at the University of Oregon.
