Mayes Testing Engineers

Stuart Carter has been promoted to manage Mayes Testing Engineers' Special Projects Division. Carter has been with the company for over four years and is responsible for handling condition surveys, seismic upgrades and pachometer testing. Mayes' Special Projects Division has been in high demand since the Feb. 28 earthquake. The company has offices in Everett, Tacoma and Portland.
