Edward S. Aromi has become president and general manager of CH2M Hill Hanford Group. Coos Bay, Ore-based West Coast Contractors has hired Scott Partney as general superintendent. Partney has experience in high-tech, commercial and telecommunications site design, planning and crew management. In his new role, he will manage construction consulting and feasibility studies, construction projects, manpower needs, construction schedules and subcontractors.
