Julia Harding joined Walsh Construction Co.'s Washington region as business manager. Harding has more than eight years of construction industry experience. In her new role, she is managing the finance department, providing accounting and financial analysis, and overseeing compliance for project-related financial, contractual and regulatory matters.
OAC Services promoted Alisa Cotter to project manager and hired Andrew Sahl as project engineer, both in the Construction Management group. Cotter was a project engineer at OAC since 2011 and has more than six years of industry experience, specializing in high-tech, public and private projects. She is LEED AP certified. Sahl has been working at OAC as an intern for the past year and will graduate this month from the University of Washington with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. He has experience in sustainable transportation, transportation planning and roadway design work.
Vancouver, B.C.-based Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers appointed Erik Olsson to its board of directors. Olsson is president, CEO and a director of Mobile Mini, a provider of portable storage solutions. He held the same positions at rental equipment company RSC Holdings prior to its acquisition by United Rentals in April 2012.

Foushee & Associates promoted Robert Guymer to COO and Derek Groth to project manager, and added Jonathan Stob, Matt Davis and Jeff Dixon as project engineers. Guymer has been at Foushee for 23 years, where he has focused on construction of technology facilities, offices, private educational facilities, medical offices, industrial buildings and retail stores. Groth's recent projects include Seattle Goodwill JTE and Ignition Partners. Stob was an intern at the firm and is graduating this month from the University of Washington's construction management program. Davis and Dixon recently received bachelor's degrees in construction management from Washington State University.



The Seattle office of Swinerton Builders hired Ross Robinson as assistant project manager, Devin Hemeon as project engineer and Bret Peterson as superintendent. Robinson previously worked at BNBuilders and has been in the construction industry for six years. Hemeon previously worked for PWC Construction and has eight years of industry experience. Peterson previously worked at Panattoni Construction and has been in the industry for 35 years. Swinerton is based in San Francisco.

Gayane Aghazarian joined Walsh Construction Co. as integrated design project engineer for the Washington region. Aghazarian has 10 years of architecture and construction experience. In her new role, she is using modeling tools to support the project team during the preconstruction and construction phases.

Seattle-based Global Diving & Salvage hired Tracy Krawiec as a dive safety specialist in the Health, Safety & Environment Group. Krawiec has more than 16 years of diving experience, serving as diver, dive supervisor, project manager, and in various management positions. He is based in the Seattle office.
