Howard S. Wright

L. Mark Johnson has been named president of Howard S. Wright Construction Co. Johnson is a 21-year veteran of the industry and was formerly executive vice president. He will remain in charge of the Seattle division of the company.

Holaday-Parks

Holaday-Parks Inc. has added three new employees to its Engineering Department. They include: Michael Cook, who is assigned to a kitchen remodel project at the University of Puget Sound and tenant improvement engineering at 600 Broadway in Seattle; David Morse III, who is working on the Woodinville shopping center project and assisting with engineering for a job with SeaMed in Bothell; and Jeff Butler, who is providing CAD support to the engineering group.

McCarthy

Tim O'Neill was recently promoted to project director from senior project manager at McCarthy. O'Neill has 14 years of experience in the construction industry. He is overseeing McCarthy's work on the Bellevue Galleria and the carpenter's union project in Seattle.

Pilchuck Mechanical

Pilchuck Mechanical Inc. of Kent has merged with BMW Constructors Inc. of Indianapolis to create Pilchuck Constructors Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of BMW Constructors. The merger will provide additional resources to Pilchuck to allow it to offer expanded services to existing customers in Washington and Oregon -- and enter new markets where BMW has expertise.

Seattle contractor Lease Crutcher Lewis has announced several personnel changes. Superintendent Russell Mortensen has been promoted to designated superintendent for service projects, which are construction projects typically over $50,000 for repeat clients; Michael Dooley is now directing the firm's construction and renovation projects at Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center in Seattle; and Greg Brand has joined as a superintendent.

HHJ Construction

Rick Peterson and Jim Linehan have joined HHJ Construction Inc. of Sumner. Peterson is a chief estimator and Linehan is a project manager.
