NetClerk

NetClerk of South San Francisco, a provider of Web-based business services for the build and repair contracting industries, has appointed Jeff Kraatz president and CEO. He also will take a seat on the company's board of directors. Jon Fisher, NetClerk's co-founder and former CEO, will continue to serve as a board member and the company's vice President of Sales. Kraatz has 22 years of experience in sales, marketing and general management in the high-tech industry.

RCI Construction

RCI Construction Group has promoted Marty Miller to vice president and Pacific area business manager of its Civil & Industrial Division. Also promoted in the Pacific Division were Derrick Cosier to Pacific operations manager and Ralph Raymond to Pacific area chief estimator. Miller holds an associate degree in health & mental health from Marjorie Webster College, and has over 23 years of construction management experience. Cosier attended Pacific University in Oregon and holds degrees in civil engineering and business management. He has 11 years of experience in heavy civil, mass grading and large structural projects. Raymond has 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including water treatment, powerhouses, manufacturing, petrochemical and industrial buildings. RCI's Pacific Division is based in Oahu, Hawaii. All three men work out of that office, which has $50 million in ongoing and backlogged work.
