He is a graduate of Washington State University and has 26 years of experience in mechanical contracting. Baxter is a project engineer with experience as a design drafter and CAD fabrication detailer. Van Deusen is a marketing assistant. Donohue is a project manager in the firm's Service Group. He spent the previous 20 years with Puget Sound Refrigeration.
