Centex Homes has moved to 11241 Slater Ave. N.E., Suite 100, Kirkland, WA 98033. The company moved along with CTX Mortgage, a subsidiary of Centex Corp.
Dave Purcell and Joe Brotherton have formed a new commercial painting and coatings business called Purcell Painting and Coatings. Purcell was co-owner of D.S. Purcell, which offered similar services but went out of business when Tom Storms, the other co-owner, decided to retire. Most of the assets of D.S. Purcell were bought by the new firm, which has offices in Tukwila, Seattle, Richland and Eugene, Ore.
John McBride has been hired as senior project manager for Sequoyah's Special Projects and Tenant Improvement division. McBride has over 30 years experience in the electrical field. He was recently employed by Ashford Electric.

Oregon's FoundationWorks has added Steve Michael and Craig White to its council of advisors. Michael has been president of Oakwood Homes, vice president of Clayton Homes, and spent 12 years at Chemical Bank developing financing programs for manufactured housing retailers. White has over 30 years of experience and has authored several publications on manufactured housing. He is CEO of Windover Communities and president of Craig White Associates, a consulting firm specializing in factory-built housing.
Travis Noll and Al Fernandez have joined Longitude 122. Noll is an assistant superintendent and Fernandez a superintendent. Longitude 122 is a construction company started by Seattle's Triad Development.
