he Seattle Interior Division of Performance Contracting Inc. named David Gass branch manager. Gass most recently was on an 18-month special assignment as operations lead for PCI's corporate internal enterprise resource planning system. Before that, he was construction manager in PCI's Portland branch. He has 16 years of construction management experience.

Watts Constructors

Harrison

Brett Harrison joined Honolulu-based Watts Constructors as senior vice president, where he is overseeing the company's commercial building division. Harrison has 27 years of industry experience. He was previously president of construction and a partner at Trammell Crow Residential, and held senior management positions at Howard S. Wright Construction and Fletcher Pacific Construction. He holds a bachelor's degree in building construction from the University of Washington. Watts has a local office in Gig Harbor.

Quantum Consulting Engineers

Kodama

Seattle-based Quantum Consulting Engineers promoted Sandro Kodama to principal. Kodama has more than 15 years of structural engineering experience and has been an associate at Quantum since 2003. Kodama, P.E., S.E., is working on the Liberty High School addition, Moses Lake City Hall and Birch Bay Bible Community Church. Quantum provides structural engineering, renovation, analysis, retrofit and repair to all building types.

Seattle-based PSF Mechanical hired Bill Misocky as senior project manager, Jesse Montez and Raymund Ramirez as project engineers, and Valerie Eliasen as account executive on the service team. Misocky brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial, institutional and health-care projects. Montez has 14 years of industry experience, specializing in health-care projects. Ramirez has 20 years of consulting and design experience.

Windows, Doors & More consolidated three locations into a 5,000-square-foot showroom in Seattle's Georgetown neighborhood. The company carries Marvin, Andersen, Fleetwood, Milgard, Loewen and other brands of windows and doors.

Canyon Creek Cabinet Co.

Monroe's Canyon Creek Cabinet Co. is supplying its products to The Great Indoors, which is a division of Sears. The Great Indoors operations 17 home decor and furniture stores, five located inside Sears stores and 12 in stand-alone buildings

BIAW

Pat McBride of P.W. McBride Construction and GMS Architectural Group in Bellevue was elected 2011 President of the Building Industry Association of Washington. McBride served as BIAW's treasurer last year, and is on the boards of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties and the National Association of Home Builders. He also is a past member of the Washington State Building Code Council. McBride, AIA, holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Idaho.
