Andersen

Seattle-based builder and remodeler Schuchart/Dow hired Terrie Andersen as chief financial officer. Andersen has 18 years of experience, including stints as vice president of finance and administration at William Buchan Homes, controller at Montlake Holdings, and manager at Berntsen Porter and Co. She holds a master's degree in federal taxation from Golden Gate University and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Western Washington University.

Holaday-Parks

Lund

Ryan Lund was promoted to service manager at Holaday-Parks. Lund started at the firm more than 12 years ago as an apprentice in the Service Department. He progressed to service superintendent, and most recently to account executive in the Seattle office. He has experience working on laboratories, data centers, hospitals, offices, retail and residential high-rises.

MCA of Western Washington

Three members of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Western Washington were appointed to committees at the Mechanical Contractors Association of America. Ed Kommers, MCAWW executive director, is on the government affairs committee; Mike Shinn, president/owner of Shinn Mechanical and president of the MCAWW board, is on the education committee; and Troy Aichele of Stirrett-Johnsen is chairman of the career development committee. MCAA is based in Rockville, Md.

JTM Construction

JTM Construction moved its main office to the RDA Building at 800 Maynard Ave. S., Seattle. JTM's 6,700 square feet on the first floor of the 1928 building was designed by EHS Architects as an open-concept space. JTM is a subsidiary of Fisher Companies, a privately held construction services company operating in the western U.S.

Three new employees joined PSF Mechanical: Anna Clark as a contracts administrator, Alex Hernandez as an executive assistant and Robert Webster as a CAD technician. Clark has 15 years of experience in office management and eight years of experience in the construction industry. Hernandez has more than 10 years of experience in administration, including six years in the architectural design industry. Webster has 10 years of experience within the construction industry, and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in construction management. PSF is a full-service mechanical engineering, construction and consulting firm.

Schuchart Corp.

Harth

Seattle-based general contractor Schuchart Corp. hired Travis Harth as a project manager. Harth has more than 10 years of construction experience with bridges, dams, commercial high-rise, shell and core, and tenant improvements. He has been involved with the LEED crediting process for multiple credit paths, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Montana State University.

Adolfson & Peterson Construction

Minneapolis-based Adolfson & Peterson Construction appointed Jeff Hansen as chief financial officer. Hansen most recently served more than 10 years as vice president/treasurer and controller of Ryan Companies U.S. Prior to that, he was corporate controller with the Opus Group. A&P operates in the Northwest as Rushforth Construction in Tacoma.

KBA Inc.

KBA Inc., a Bellevue-based construction management firm, directed a gift of $6,300 from its health insurance consultant LBG Advisors to Seattle Children's Hospital to cover uncompensated care. The gift was a result of an LBG policy to donate insurance carrier bonuses to local charities in the name of its clients.
