Bellevue-based Foushee & Associates promoted John Hall to senior project manager, Tyson Byers to project manager, Jeff Snyder to senior project engineer and Eric Duncan to controller. The company also hired Eric Bryan and Ken Milton as superintendents, Kurt Sorensen as project manager and Anna Fujimoto as project engineer. Hall has been with the company for 27 years, Byers five years, Snyder six years and Duncan 14 years. Hall, Byers and Snyder are LEED Green Associates. Bryan has 30 years of construction experience, including lean construction methods. Milton has 27 years of construction experience and is a certified ICC Building Inspector. Sorensen has been in construction for 12 years on projects in Washington, Nevada and California. Fujimoto has five years of construction experience.

Bob Eick returned to Lease Crutcher Lewis after working at the firm from 1997 to 2010. Eick returns as senior project manager (his former role) and biotech/life sciences lead. He is focusing the company's efforts on the biotech and life sciences markets. He has been in construction since 1988 and holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Washington.

Jeff Moore was promoted to operations manager in the Seattle Transportation Infrastructure Group of PCL Civil Constructors. Moore specializes in civil infrastructure improvements and has been with the company since 1986. In his new role, he is overseeing construction support services, including engineering and quality control.
Swinerton Builders promoted Dave Worley to Northwest division manager, where he is overseeing the company's project management and field operations. Worley joined Swinerton's Seattle office in 2002 and has 20 years of industry experience. Northwest division revenues are expected to top $100 million in 2014.

Beau Soefje joined PSF Mechanical as a project manager, Chris Montgomery as a project design engineer, and Liana Lewis as an administrative assistant in the Sales Department. Soefje spent the last five years working on large transportation projects. He is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University. Montgomery recently received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Saint Martin's University. Lewis holds a bachelor's degree in German with a minor in English and online content creation from Western Washington University. She recently taught English in Germany under the Fulbright Program.

Walsh Construction Co. hired Marc Streleski as senior project manager for the Washington region. Streleski, LEED AP, has 15 years of construction experience. His new duties are business development, estimating, value engineering, contract negotiations, job cost and schedule monitoring, safety and affirmative action compliance.

Jeff Elseth of Washington Patriot Construction has become a Certified Healthcare Constructor. The CHC program provides a national standard of knowledge for builders in the health-care industry. Washington Patriot is based in Gig Harbor.
