In Seattle, Lease Crutcher Lewis hired Elizabeth Stonecypher as VDC coordinator; Lance Baird as site safety coordinator; Donna Goforth as operations assistant; and Kenny Reeck, Jonathan Chow, Austin Newton, Kyle Mackenroth and Alexis Den Herder as project engineers. Stonecypher has six years of architecture experience and holds bachelor's and master's degrees in architecture from the University of Idaho. Baird has been coordinating safety for the construction and wind farm industries for 21 years. Goforth has an administrative background in K-12 education and construction. Reeck recently earned a bachelor's in construction management at Washington State University after serving in the Army. Chow has four years of project engineering and field supervision experience. Newton interned at Lewis in 2018 while earning a construction management degree at Central Washington University. Mackenroth interned at Lewis in 2018 while earning a bachelor's in construction management at WSU. Den Herder has been in construction for three years and earned a bachelor's in civil and environmental engineering at the University of Washington.



In Seattle, The Walsh Group hired Louis Tigh, Will Niehoff and Benjamin Gallishaw as project engineers. Tigh comes from the Marines, where he was an infantry rifle team leader. He is working on the Hilltop Tacoma Link Extension. Niehoff just graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor's in construction management and interned at Walsh for the past four years. He is working on the Trailside Apartments in the U District. Gallishaw recently earned a bachelor's in civil engineering from Syracuse University and was an intern at Consigli Construction Co. last summer. He is working on the Pivot mixed-use building in downtown Seattle.

Matt Talley joined Foy Group as business development manager. Talley has over 35 years of experience in the electrical construction industry. Foy is a medium-sized electrical contractor in Renton specializing in industrial work.

In Seattle, Lease Crutcher Lewis promoted Tina Sealey to safety manager, Lyndi Richmond to VDC coordinator and MacKenzie Junor to communications specialist. Sealey is a five-year safety professional who joined Lewis in 2018. Richmond has been with the company for over two years after earning a bachelor's in mechanical engineering from Washington State University Everett. Junor joined the firm's marketing department two years ago. She holds a bachelor's in journalism from Western Washington University.

Sean Sewell is the new environmental health and safety director at Holt Services in Edgewood. Sewell's background in safety stems from his 26 years in the Army. He replaced John Johnson, who retired. Holt is an environmental, geotechnical and clean water drilling contractor.
