Lydig Construction promoted Tim Casad to vice president of preconstruction and hired Steve Brennan as vice president of health, safety and environment. Casad was chief estimator and has over 40 years of construction experience. He will continue as chief estimator in addition to overseeing preconstruction on Lydig's projects in its western region office. Brennan has over 26 years of safety leadership experience in the construction industry. Lydig has offices in Spokane, Bellevue and Kennewick.

Renton-based Rock Project Management Services hired Lisa Couret as vice president of business operations. Couret was director of operations of Vanir Construction Management's Northwest office. Rock provides owner's representative services to public and private clients throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska.
Tyler Kimberley is the new CEO of Ferndale-based Imco Construction, succeeding founder Frank Imhof. This transition is part of a decade-long succession plan for the company. Kimberley become president in 2013 and will continue in that role, while Imhof will continue as board chair. Kimberley worked summers for Imco during high school and college, after which he managed underground construction contracts for Frank Coluccio Construction in Seattle and Hawaii. He returned to Imco in 2007. Imco also has offices in Bellevue and Moses Lake.
There is an opening on the AGC/Port of Seattle Best-Practices Committee for an AGC member contractor. Committee members meet quarterly with port construction and labor-management teams to improve contracting practices at the port. Alston Construction promoted Kevin Kaczynski from project director to operations director of its Tacoma/Seattle office. Kaczynski has over 16 years of construction industry experience. In his new role, he is overseeing daily operations, from programming to warranty.

Burlington-based Trico Companies hired Doug Lisser as project manager. Lisser has over 30 years of experience in engineering and construction of public utilities, buildings, treatment plants and substations. He recently worked in the medical imaging industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from University of the Pacific.

The International Grooving & Grinding Association elected Kevin Schneider of Acme Concrete Paving in Spokane as vice president of its 2020 board of directors. Schneider is grinding division manager at Acme. West Coxsackie, New York-based IGGA promotes diamond grinding and grooving, as well as pavement preservation and restoration.
