In Kirkland, Compass Construction promoted Kait O'Neill to senior project engineer, and Reid Bullock and Tom Toomey to senior estimators. O'Neill has been with Compass since 2016 and is starting on her third project with the firm. Bullock joined the company in 2016 as a project manager and transitioned to the estimating team a year later. Toomey has over 12 years of industry experience and joined Compass in 2018 as an estimator.
The U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Environmental Management named Brian Vance as permanent manager of the two offices that supervise cleanup of the Hanford Site. Vance has been temporary manager since early 2019 of the Richland Operations Office and Office of River Protection. He has over 30 years of nuclear industry experience, including a role as project director for removal of contaminated soil at Hanford and as a Navy nuclear submarine officer. Joe Franco continues as deputy manager of Richland Operations and Ben Harp as deputy manager of River Protection. Both are responsible for daily operations of each office.

Burlington-based Trico Companies promoted Jeff Downs, Chris Green and Kevin Prentice to superintendents. Downs has over 25 years of experience with residential, civil and commercial construction, as well as a recent specialization in medical projects. Green has over 30 years of construction experience, beginning his career as a Navy Seabee and then moving to residential and commercial construction. He recently completed his first year as an instructor with the Construction Industry Training Council of Washington. Prentice has over 25 years of construction experience, early on earning his journeyman card as an ironworker and then expanding his trade knowledge to all aspects of commercial construction.
