Maple Street Office Building

Maple Street Office Building
Touchstone Corp. was the developer of the 152,000-square-foot, three-story Maple Street Office Building in Issaquah.

The building was designed by Baylis Architects for high-tech users and offers large floorplates. Its contemporary "storefront" design is reminiscent of Main Street facades in the early West, allowing the building to fit into the existing Issaquah townscape. The use of brick, steel and glass is intended to add variety and texture to the structure's simple shape.

Absher Construction was the contractor and the structural engineer was Skilling Ward Magnusson Barkshire.
