Georgetown Squared (G2) is a 280,500-square-foot collaborative office building at 5601 Sixth Ave. S. in Seattle's Georgetown neighborhood.
The five-story, Class A office building houses tenants including Iridio Studios, Builders Capital, Andersen Construction, Archbright, Darigold and Girl Scouts of Western Washington.
It was originally built in 1983 as showroom for Seattle Design Center. The renovation added new floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light and views. Improvements include a new gym, conference center and secure parking.
New exterior signage, refreshed concrete and tile flooring, new and refurbished elevators, and atrium seating were also added.
New restaurants are scheduled to open in 2018.
