Nexus is a 41-story high-rise residential tower at 1808 Minor Ave. in Seattle.
The twisting, 550,000-square-foot tower has 389 residential units and 3,700 square feet of retail. The design is based on a concept of stacked boxes, each of which twists away from its counterparts by 4 degrees for a total of 8 degrees of separation.
The “sky-terrace” levels allow for multiple penthouse floors with outdoor decks. These townhouse units feature two-story glass-encased living rooms with private balconies.
Floor plans were designed for efficiency and to showcase the views.
Amenities are located on the seventh-floor podium and 41st-floor rooftop. Level 7 has exterior space accessible from the multifunction rooms within. The roof offers a sunning terrace with a live lawn, along with barbecues and dining areas.
The rooftop Sky Lounge has a dark, dramatic color palette. It has a 360-degree open fireplace and a large deck that wraps the southwest side of the top floor.
