WASHOUGAL (AP) — Hikers have a new trail and overlook that gives them a panoramic view of the Columbia River Gorge from Cape Horn at Washougal.
KGW reports it was once the site of a million-dollar mansion, which was purchased in 2006 by Friends of the Columbia Gorge and torn down.
