After Hours: 26-foot Anubis arrives in Seattle

A statue of Anubis will be shipped in this weekend for the exhibition “Tutankhamun: The Golden King and the Great Pharaohs,” opening May 24 at Pacific Science Center.

Anubis, the ancient Egyptian jackal-headed protector of the dead and their tombs, will arrive in Seattle's waters Saturday during the city's annual opening of boating season parade.
