Northwest College of Kirkland bought the office building once occupied by Captura Software after a Captura backer let the building go to a bank, King County property records show.
The 68-year-old Christian college paid Columbia State Bank $5.3 million for the 35,000-square-foot Lakeview Office Building at 6710 108th Ave.
