Illegal alien will get his day in court, too

Almost overnight a raging debate has erupted over illegal aliens.
Though I won't touch that political hot potato with asbestos gloves, I will discuss Yube v. Birnberg. In that case, a New Jersey appeals court had to decide whether an illegal alien's damages suit was properly dismissed because he failed to produce any tax returns.
