Correction

The print version of a Feb. 21 article about plans by Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority to build 318 low-income apartments contained an error in the headline. Not all 318 units are slated to break ground this year; construction on 160 units on Beacon Hill is expected to begin in 2021.
