Valve Software, an entertainment software and technology company, has completed a 54,000-square-foot tenant improvement on three floors of Skyline Tower in Bellevue.
Offices were created using partial-height walls and butt-glazed transoms.
Expansion and remodeling included a main distribution frame room and intermediate distribution frame rooms, a large break room with commercial kitchen, restrooms with showers and lockers, and a new architectural steel stairway connecting all three floors.
The fast-track project was completed in 21 weeks.
