GLY picked for $71M Snoqualmie med building

Snoqualmie Valley Health selected GLY Construction of Bellevue on Wednesday to build a new $71 million, 90,000-square-foot medical office building and ambulatory surgery center beside its hospital on its campus at 9801 Frontier Ave. S.E. in Snoqualmie.

The nonprofit community-owned hospital district serves Snoqualmie, North Bend, Carnation, Preston, Fall City and surrounding areas. The general contractor/construction manager will support an integrated delivery model together with project team Mahlum Architects and Dick Bratton Project Management.
