Commuter Building turns commuter (and tourist) lot

The lot soon after Dickson began demo work on the 120-year-old Commuter Building in December ...

With the demo of the 120-year-old Commuter Building complex wrapped up this winter, crews have been busy all spring turning the waterfront site at 800 Alaskan Way into a 100-stall lot for the block's current owner (and former lender), Acore Capital.
