    The Adopt-A-Stream Foundation is planning a trout stream exhibit near its visitors’ building at the Northwest Stream Center in Everett. Local contractors and designers are volunteering.

    THE ADOPT-A-STREAM Foundation is expanding its Northwest Stream Center in south Everett with a trout stream exhibit that will be built this summer by volunteer contractors and businesses.
