Construction Industry Spotlight: Portland pair lives on through preservation

    The Bosco-Milligan Foundation is promoting historic preservation through its Architectural Heritage Center in the renovated West’s Block building.

    IT TOOK DOZENS of people 16 years to raise money and fix a crumbling Portland building. All that hard work recently paid off, when the National Trust for Historic Preservation gave the building's developer, the Bosco-Milligan Foundation, the National Preservation Honor Award.
